Our Story

A franchise partnership story, rich in support and community

The first Fitstop studio was founded in 2013 by elite personal trainer Peter Hull and business growth specialist Richard Bell, and was a quick success. It was a different way of getting fit — People loved the functional, varied training program, and we quickly grew a passionate community who all wanted one thing: to be healthier, happier, have fun while doing it - and we haven’t looked back.

From our first franchise in 2017, we’ve achieved fast growth across QLD and now VIC, with over 35 franchises now in operation. We’re now looking to expand into NSW, VIC and internationally with a goal of 400+ locations by 2023.

We’re excited by our success, and of our franchise partner platform that are helping others to achieve their dreams of building their own business. And with such a supportive community, we continue to see the incredible potential for growth – much like our beloved Fit, Fast, Functional formula, our franchise partner program offers a proven system for fitness professionals and enthusiasts looking to take the next step in their fitness career.

Committed to working with only the best

Our franchise partner model empowers fitness professionals, trainers and fitness enthusiasts build their own fitness business and grow a career you truly love. To ensure that the passion for our community always reflect the strong loyalty shown by our members, all our franchise partner locations are owner-operated.

We love working with

People who want to reap the rewards from their own hard work, dedication, and have a passion to make a real impact in their community.

It’ll be a challenge for

People simply looking to invest. We know that we can provide the best results to our members if our franchise partners are hands-on business owners who are willing to put in the work, and believe in the value we’re delivering as part of the community.

Hear from our
franchise partners

We fight for happier and healthier humans. It’s amazing to see more and more people believing in that and wanting to be a part of it.

When we first found they were rolling our franchising for Fitstop, I was super excited, and everything that was on offer across the board, both me and Christy knew we wanted to be a part of it.

I wanted to be involved in something that first that made me a happier and healthy person. To have the background, the story, the fitness methodology and the support enables you to feel confident. If you’re the kind of person that wants to control your own destiny and the way you feel, then this is a great vehicle for that.
Mark & Kylie
Fitstop Northcote
We wouldn’t have jumped into this if we didn’t think it wasn’t going to work. Obviously we thought about perhaps doing it ourselves, but just the thought about starting from scratch at that scale was just way too daunting. We spoke to Bec at Fitstop, attend a training session, meet other owners and took a look at the members experience - we loved it, and signed up there and then.
